A Chronicle of Six: Adventures on the Sword Coast
Old East Bromwick
Old East Bromwick (which used to be called simply Bromwick) was the first village to be founded in this parts but is currently a ghost town. Dozens of myths, legends and theories surround why Bromwick is no longer inhabited. All that is certain is that the 56 people who lived in the village, disappeared into thin air. Maybe they migrated elsewhere, maybe they were kidnapped. Who knows. Currently it is considered haunted by most of the citizens of these lands. Many believe that the souls of the men, women and children who disappeared from there haunt the streets and homes that still stand. Fear for this place has gotten to the point where citizens of Wiltshire have diverted the road from Wiltshire to Cropper’s Pass to give Old East Bromwick a wide berth. At this point, trees and underbrush have grown up all around the ruins of the old village and no one sets foot inside fearing they’ll never return.
